No, she is definitely NOT a good example to young girls for countless reasons, not the least of which is her excessive plastic surgery.

She was a cute girl before; now, she’s a generic-looking, Barbie-doll-type person. Yes, I suppose she’s classically beautiful, but she’s no longer interesting.
