Heidi Montag shows off new Face and Body in Vegas
Heidi Montag and her husband Spencer celebrated Valentine’s Day in a city most of us equate with romance — Vegas. (well, assuming romance is a euphemism for STDs).
Heidi showed off her plastic surgeon’s work on the red carpet at Pure nightclub, saying she’s “the most happy with her new chin” and that she “didn’t go as large as originally planned with her breast enlargement”, so they’re still a “work in progress”.
Why the hell would she want to go bigger? She doesn’t need to. She’ll just look like a porn star or Pam Anderson if she does. Sounds stupid to me.
The good news he she definitely doesn’t look NEARLY as plastic as she did when her first pics came out. Her face looks relatively similar to what she looked like before.
She looks the same. Heidi, that’s a good thing. I liked you best when you were flat chested and had a unique nose.

Susan – I think she looks similar to how she looked before, too (a good thing),
Lily – I think it’s good, too. When her initial pictures came out she looked like her face was made of hard plastic. SO much better now.
What’s really sad is that she now looks 10 years older than she did before. I mean, plastic surgery’s supposed to make you look YOUNGER, right?!
Bachelor Girl – She DOES look older…..it’s sort of strange, isn’t it?

By the way, now her face looks square since she shaved off her chin. I thought she looked better before.

every time I read her breast quote I think “good god – do they seriously need to be any bigger?????” I swear she must suffer from BDD.
She used to look unique – not just blends in with the rest of the Hollywood bimbos…
